As a result, Innovative Performance has an “A” rating in safety and completing projects effectively, timely and within budget. As a minority woman-owned business, the company has faced disadvantages because it is woman owned. Business loans and start-up capital were usually denied because of the limited years Innovative Performance had been in business or the lack of volume in revenue produced.
